Polyacrylamide emulsion use and use method
Polyacrylamide emulsion is widely used in a variety of domestic sewage, chemical wastewater, oilfield sewage, sludge dewatering treatment, papermaking and other fields, polyacrylamide water-in-oil emulsion is also widely used in the city of domestic sewage treatment, breweries, starch factories, food processing plants and other sewage treatment. In the treatment of acidic or acidic sewage organic suspended solids flocculation and sedimentation is particularly applicable. It is used as retention aid and filter aid in paper industry, and in the treatment of paper sewage. In the petroleum industry, it can be used as drilling emulsion coating agent or oil remover.
The use of polyacrylamide emulsion
1. Before using cationic polyacrylamide emulsion, it should be shaken well as far as possible;
2. When dissolving operation, add the product while adding water, the dissolving concentration is recommended to be controlled at 1-5 ‰, and the ripening time is preferred at about 15-25 minutes;
3. Avoid using centrifugal pumps and other high shear rotor pumps when conveying, it is better to use screw pumps, diaphragm pumps and other low shear pumps;
4. The dissolving operation should be carried out in the tank made of plastic, ceramic, stainless steel, etc. The stirring speed should not be too large, and there is no need to add temperature.
5. The prepared dilute solution should not be stored for a long time, and it is better to dissolve it as it is used;
6. When polyacrylamide emulsion and inorganic coagulant are used together to deal with wastewater, the inorganic coagulant should be added first, and when there is obvious alumina (generally 30-60 seconds apart), the product should be added again, not reversing the order, and not at the same time and added together.
